Re: (Volvo_girl)

Looks good and you say Heel/Toe is better than stock....hmmm intriguing....
Oh, and do you have "competition" in your car? Is the grip better with those little raised holes even with a wet shoe? Let me know and I might have to order a set myself since im sans a clutch pedal right now....have no clue where it went . Anyway, thanks for the info.

Yes- I have the competition in my car.....the grip is excellent. They do offer the rubber inserts if you feel more comfortable with those.
The heel & toe is more like side-of-foot & toe with our pedal placement....but yeah- way easier with the extended tab on the accelerator.
For the price, I don't think you can go wrong.

Yeah- I would get the inserts for slick bottom shoes...they are a little slippery.
If you drive barefoot a lot I would also get the inserts because the competition kind of digs into your feet....but I hate driving barefoot so maybe I was just trippin.

Re: (Volvo_girl)

I think it would be very unsafe to drive barefoot with these pedals, inserts or no. The edges are ridged, and under a panic braking situation could easily slice the skin on the sole of your foot, and cause you to slip or let off your braking. None of the consequences of this are good. You are much better off barefoot with the stock rubber!
Tom.

Re: (tmtalpey)

It doesn't look like the pedals with inserts have the side ridges like the competition....they look more like my gas pedal with smooth edges. So should be OK I think.
http://www.autovation.net/pedal_details.htm#3
