I didn't think the 850 Turbo was a 6.1-second car, and 147+MPH seems fast by any standards.
I recently purchased a 1996 854 R, and have been trying to research performance specs lately in an attempt at guaging where my car stands in relation to it's competitors. I'm assuming that if an 855 T5-R, being 150+ lbs heavier can scoot to 60 in 6.7, my 4-door could do a little bit better, being motivated by the same motor. But I can't see my R, love it as much as I do, being able to break 6.1 seconds 0-60.
Has anyone come across any credible, verified acceleration results for the automatic 96/97 854 R vehicles?
