Well, check it out guys, remember our audi driving friend that got booted and the fiasco that followed? Here we go again. Had my pass displayed and everything. Same complex as audi guy too!
If you're not familiar: http://www.clublexus.com/forum....html

So the finishing point of that national drive GTG I talked about on S40forums should be this parking lot. I would love to see what they would do with a hundred cars all parked illegally with the owners sitting right there, lol.
That sucks bro, I had a similar situation with a parking enforcement company with a reputation for being jerks. My girlfriend lived in the complex, had the permit visible in her car, and they still booted it. $50 cash out of my pocket because she had to be to work or she was screwed, we appealed the fine and they gave us a letter with a $10 check saying they don't give any sort of refund unless they come to the decision it was their fault: so they give us a $10 refund (admitting they're at fault) and that is supposed to be all good in the neighborhood?! I wish I could run a business like that. If I had the time I would've taken them to small claims court but it was in the middle of a heavy semester. Hopefully things work out better for you!

Re: (carreragt7)

I couldnt give them their $140 if I wanted to. No one is answering any of their phones! The police couldn't even help me. I was supposed to be at work an hour and a half ago!

Dude, that sucks: $140?! for a boot removal. Hmmm, I'll be there in 10 minutes to get ya to work. For that price I would take them to small claims for sure, and tack on the $ from work time missed.

Oh you can bet your kiester I'm filing a small claims suit for inconvenience, and every penny I should have earned at work today! I wish I had my extra wheels here so I could just take the booted one off!

Have a spare in the trunk? I've heard on certain types of boots you can flatten your tire and it helps get the boot off easier. I'd just be careful because they have that stupid warning about $600 fine or something like that for tampering with their boot...but what kind of fine can you give them for tampering with your properly permitted vehicle?! That is what I would like to know...

Take a hacksaw to it. They wont pick up their phones after illegally booting your car. They can pay the price.
PS I never saw a boot there.

Re: (carreragt7) Well , Can't Add Lose Work - They will say Speculation

I'd get a Lawyer Buddy have Him Add His - So Called High End Fee
which You guys will Split , Haa, ha like - $ 755.00 and Rim Damage
Another $355.00 - Shove It all right Up Their Nose !
That's a Sucky - Parking Enforcement , seems like they would give out a Warning First ?

Re: Arizona Parking Solutions Strikes Again! (sanatarium)

that sucks, man. the problem is that big 'blob' in front of your mirror. it even restricts the visibility from inside the car! i understand your permit is to be displayed from the mirror, but with the black void in front of your mirror, the person who stuck that thing on your wheel didn't see it. either that or they didn't look very hard. my old S70 had way better visibility in and out of the car around the mirror.

Re: (Chilled Man)

My wife has an S60, and she has a permit on her mirror for the school she works at. It has been there since the day she started, 6 years ago, and has NEVER been taken off. Almost every morning she gets stopped and asked where her permit is! That being said your permit is visible, clear as day, especially from the angle you took the pic from. FIGHT IT!!

Re: (Chilled Man)

I would be rippin mad. Check for any scratches even if not from the boot. And get a new rim and make them pay for all of it including mounting.
