Sadly, customers like you are why Volvo changed the style and content of the brand.
You guys just didn't buy enough of the old cars, and didn't buy them often enough.

Since the change took place, Volvo's sales have shot up quite a bit. The sales in our own store have DOUBLED in the 9 yrs that I have been here.

Fact is, most prospective customers didn't like the old cars.

Well, there are a couple of things.

1 The C70 numbers are very small, they won't add appreciably to the totals.

2 Volvo has cut production on a number of their models so there aren't as many cars for sale as there have been in past years in the US.

3 We did sell quite a few S40's in May, but XC90 sales were down. The overall effect was a wash.
