I am curious if this is truly effective as a cooler or just better than nothing. I assume that the use case would be to keep some drinks cool on a longer road trip.
The air going into the glove box has already had the moisture condensed out of it beforehand, so it isn't going to condense very much on the contents of the glove box. That's the water you see dripping from your car on a hot day. The air entering when you open the box might condense a little, but it shouldn't be that bad.
