Re: Anyone use Direzza Sport Z1 Star Spec tires before? (stealthS60AWD)

They are very good tires, they are very high performance and soft and sticky so do not expect too much wear. Please do not tell too many people about them or they will be sold out before I order some.

On the Direzza Sport Z1 Star Spec:
Any tire specialist you ask will tell you it is an amazing tire. It's a very grippy tire with a decent tread wear. Very well known among the autocross/track enthusiasts. People call it a street legal R compound. I have not got a set yet but that is what I am ordering in the next couple weeks. I have talked to a tirerack specialist who autocrosses his car pretty often who strongly recommended this tire. You can also get an excelent review on them from Don form Evolve. My buddy that I to autocross/track with has a set and he is very happy with them.

Re: Anyone use Direzza Sport Z1 Star Spec tires before? (stealthS60AWD)

Bought a set for the track car; w/use 'em after I wear out the Bridgestone RE01Rs, which the Rack was selling for $59 each(!) - and so the Z1 Star Specs had to be set aside for a bit.
