I pre-ordered a Rip-Kit back in April, and for the past 2 1/2 days have tried contacting them both via email and telephone to no avail. I wanted to cancel my order, and after literally blowing their phone up all day get an email saying the item is shipping. Then I read their refund policy which states they want a 20% re-stocking fee. Needless to say I'm not a happy camper right now and am feeling a little bit like I got hosed, especially considering how quick correspondence was when I wanted to place the order...........
