The B230F got the 530 SCP head in North America. No doubt about it.<P>You can find the number on the exhaust side, above the manifold, under the oil crud, around cyl. #2. It's actually 1000530.<P>SCP means small coolant passages. Older heads (160, 398, 405) had big coolant passages which makes them less desirable because of an increased chance of cracking and an increased chance of the head gasket breaking around the coolant passage. This is mainly a factor in turbo engines.<P>
