Easy enough to shim the door. I used standard alignment shims. In my case bad bodywork left the door sagging.
The body portion of the hinge does not come off or adjust, but the door part does and is replaceable. That tiny little torx screw locks it together, and the part bolted to the door is what pivots and wears. If you want to pull the whole door, the wiring is a plastic bayonet style connector, again a tiny torx screw locks it but remove that, twist the lock ring, and it's disconnected.
Basically dig in to your door to find out where the wear is and what needs fixing. And lube! Door hinges need lube on a regular basis, I try to remember to do mine at least once a year.
