Another Voc Service Required...

Does SPA platform have seperate battery for VCM module?
I am getting VoC service required error message and quick scan with OrBit said: "V1076 - Mobile Modem - System Internal Failure".

I guess it can be battery related or just dead modem?

Try to disconnect all connectors of VCM, wait 3 minutes and connect it again.

It is under the boot bulkhead.

It worked for me

On which side boot is it located? I've looked both left and right side and have not found it.
Car is 2019 V60.

Well I found out on FB group that VoC module is located in footwell on passenger site. Will check it during weekend as I will be replacing airfilter anyway.
