hey everyone,<br>This evening I noticed that my driver side headrest was higher than normal and when I tugged on it, it came out completely. Is this normal? My passenger side headrest does not come out. Do you think I should have this looked into as a possible WHIPS issue w/ the dealer? Has anybody else experienced this?<p>Thanks in advance<br>

Sounds like a WHIPS issue to me - have it checked out.

So if anybody cares...<br>I took the car to Cherry Hill Volvo today and they said that there are two clips under the upholstery that are at perfect height to be kicked by a small child, thus releasing the head rest. They fixed it for free and there was no WHIPS involvement. Thanks Bender for the reply.
