Wondering if this is a worthy and cost effective upgrade before I install my DP.. My buddy had his 335is DP ceramic coated and he is happy with it..
I'd like to improve exhaust velocity and decrease radiant heat underneath the chassis whether or not this can improve HP or performance.

Any opinions on wrapping or coating? Which can be better and more effective, ease of application, cost, longevity, performance, ect..
Sorry for the lack of knowledge but really wanted something to improve the overall performance of the DP and mostly decrease radiant heat eminating from the pipe.

Obviously ceramic coating I'd have to take somewhere to be done but what about wrapping? Is this something that can be easily done by yourself in an apartment?

Either way would work.
Both way will to isolate heat from the DP.
Heat wrapping cost less tho.
You can wrap it yourself.
Or you can google how to wrap a DP.

If you do wrap it, make sure you coat the pipe with 'spray' ceramic, stuff you can buy in a can at the home depot. Even though stainless DP's, the wrap will hold moisture and in time it does some form of deterioration to metal.

hhmm ok.. I think I wanna keep it pretty simple and inexpensive since it is an inexpensive OBX pipe as well.

So tuscani is this a spray that is applied after the wrapping? I will look into this option..
