I have an 05 R MT w/60k on it. At 50k I did all of my driveline fluids and replaced my collar and seals. I started noticing a slight gear lube smell when I'd come to a stop and have had a few drips on the ground. When I got the car in the air, I noticed the seam of angle gear is wet and the passenger side is wet. The fluid did not seem to be coming from the axle seal but there was a drip where the bearing collar goes in. I found a TSB on my year needing to get split, the inner edge filed and resealed. My question is, has anyone had that o-ring leak for the bearing collar or do I need to bite the bullet, pull the angle gear back out and completely reseal?

I'm guessing you are going to need to pull the angle gear and reseal, as that is a pretty common problem.
