The pieces price out like this for an '04 S80 in the aluminum "Mesh" pattern:
Behind shift lever, $84.93.
Right side of dashboard, $55.53.
Left side of dashboard, $55.53.
Left front door panel, $43.03.
Right front door panel, $43.03.
Left rear door panel, $50.86.
Right rear door panel, $50.86.
As usual from Boston Volvo Village, these are discounted prices that do not include a UPS shipping charge.
Please let me know if you have questions.
John Sharisky

Totally different part numbers but similar pricing: the piece behind the shift is $79.34...otherwise the rest of the pieces are the same price as above.
You can add an aluminum trim shift knob for about $90.00.
I remember seeing a European spec S80 on display at the '98 Concours d'Elegance in Greenwich, CT (in a Volvo sponsored display) that was equipped with this handsome interior trim.
John

Re: (Parts @ Boston Volvo)

thanks for all of the great info. One more question- how hard would is it remove the old trim and install the new pieces? Also does anyone have any good pics of these pieces?

I have no info on installation. If I were doing it myself I might give myself a weekend. Otherwise, a dealer or body shop (lower labor rate) that has Volvo collision experience might be of help to you. I'm thinking that a shop that has has experience with Volvo airbag deployment (thus needing a dashboard replacement) has dealt with replacing these components before.

Quote, originally posted by weezer51402 »

Is there a trim kit available for the 1999 s80?

Yes - the '01 would be similarly priced to the '03 components above.
John Sharisky

It's the parts are replacement pieces and not a true accessory. No sales support (pictures, descriptions, etc.) is offered.
John
