On our mainpage, we just took an article live on wheel repair. We highlighted one particular wheel repair shop, though the article is pretty informative even if you aren't interested in using Wheel Collision Center.

Well, there's this one shop in MD, not far from BWI...their skill is just as good as WCC, if not better. And you don't have to ship your wheels all the way to PA. I got my four wheels high-polished and refinished for $280.
I dropped off the wheel on Sat. and can pick them up about one week after.

That's Ye Ole Wheel Shop, and from what I hear they are also very good, though I have no prior experience with them.

I think they are in Elkridge, MD.

Yup, that's them. Got some attitude problem, otherwise very nice shop. Prices are reasonable, and many local shops have been dealing with them for many years.

Anyone hear of a similar place (and price) in Southern California? My Columbo wheels are showing signs of too strenuous cleaning solutions (the dealer!) and too infrequent brake dust removal, so I want to dress them up a bit. No reconstruction, just a polish and repaint.

Where are u in Southern Cal? I know few shops there that do pretty good job.
