Hi guys-

I'm getting aligned on Tuesday and need to get your advice on optimal tire wear settings. I just tossed in a set of adjustable rear camber arms, and have that set at about -1. I know front camber is not adjustable, but I had been having inner wear and sawtoothing on my tires (only on the side with mad camber). I assume this was caused by the nasty rear negative camber.

So, now that I have camber under control, what should I ask my toe settings be at in order to maximize my tire life? Should I ask for as close to 0 as possible within spec? I assume getting settings closest to zero makes the car neutral, thus making tires last longest?

Now, keep in mind, I am not a hard driver, this is my daily driver and I'm not all that concerned with handling since I don't hammer on the car.

Thanks as usual!

Yes that would do it. However don't put the camber at 0 because you will lose stability and handling. More importantly set the toe closer to 0 and not 0 for the same reasons

Nice thanks! Camber is at roughly -1 and I plan on leaving it there.
