I tested the fog grill ram air pretty thoroughly when I developed it. As aerodynamic theory would suggest, that air is in a high pressure zone. BTW, the factory's in-upper grill pick-up point is pretty good too. Stuff on the surface of the hood will be at a lower pressure point because of the distance from the stagnation points. If you want to check the flow, use wool tufts (pieces of yarn) just like they've done for 50 years+ in wind tunnels. Alternately, I'll loan my manometer (deposit required)
