hey guys can someone tell me what the sensor that is mounted on the inside of the air box ? it has 2 hoses going into it

Probably your Mass Air Flow Sensor.

Its most likely not a sensor, but a valve. Im guessing its your Turbo control valve.

A gopod way to figure it out is too look at the vacuum line routing diagram under the hood.

Looks like hes talking about the TCV Clipped on the left hand side (if facing ) of the air box.

It seems to be a valve of some kind there's a small tube coming from my intake manifold goes to the valve then from goes to the inlet pipe on the bottem of the air box.
