It does it on constant low fan speed, no matter what temp. settings I select for the passenger - it remains on low fan speed, and I suppose fully opened hot air. I have no idea when it started, since it was cold outside. The driver's side is a OK. No error codes are displayed.
Any ideas?

The right flap motor went bad or is just stuck.
They have little cables, one of those may have broken

but it blows a lil' bit all the time, I thought it'd at least change the fan speed when I fiddle w/the tepmerature settings, even though a flap motor is dead and it's constantly on "full heat"
