I just sold my 1995 850 GLT to a friend and he was going to put a can of freon in the AC but cannot find the location to hook up the hoses. He found the high pressure but not the low pressure hookup, at least that's what he told me as I am not familiar with the location either. He took it to a mechanic and he didn't know the location either. Any help appreciated.

Standing in front of the car (with hood up) on the left side right in front of the ECU box and just to the right of the wiper washer fluid fill cap, there is a metal pipe straight down with a cap on it. It will have the max pressure of the system written on the cap in Nm's...such as "Max Pressure 6 Nm." Unscrew that cap, and there's your fill location. Buy more than one can. You'll probably need it. Also, don't go crazy on all of the new fangled cans with oils, sealers, etc. Just use the basic gas....cheaper and safer this way. I just filled mine last week....holding well too!
