My oh my oh my dude. You already bought the new headlamp housings? Well, the xenon housing and halogen housing will be perfectly swappable, but the issue as you said is with the xenons. The current software for your car (and who knows - the relays and fuses etc) are set to allow 55W to each halogen headlamp. When you try to put the xenons in, they would only draw 35W - so the car may think your headlamps are having some issues or may be burnt out. But the fact that the dealership said you might burn out your wires from switching to xenon lamps - go back to them and tell them that they are complete doofuses.
But say you happen to be able to reprogram the car software to allow the 35W xenons and manage to figure out how to plug in the ballasts and where to plug them into, you wouldn't have the active bending lights working. You would probably need a harness or such to connect the car to the motor in the xenon housing.
Honestly dude - what you trying to do is insanely hard and insanely expensive. If I were you, having already bought the projector headlamp housing - I would buy an aftermarket HID kit off of eBay, put those headlamps in the housing, wire those up directly to the battery, and to keep the bulb off warning happy, re-locate your regular halogens to the high beam slot in the xenon headlamp assembly.
But understand that without the xenon software, when you click high beam on your stalk, the xenons won't respond (In halogens, another filament lights up - in xenons, a flap behind the projector lens lifts up to switch to high beam) - and that would have issues too.
If you can return everything you bought and just throw in a 55W HID eBay kit into your regular halogen housings - do that.

+1 on what vivek said. You're shelling out unnecessary cash. You're better off just getting HID'S

Sell the car and buy one with the sport package or xenons factory installed. Not only is it materials, but there will also be software issues as well.
I wouldn't even bother with an aftermarket HID conversion either.

It "might" be a more economical decision to sell your car and get one with sport package instead.
