emergency brake sticking to rear caliper is my guess. I this is true, then no biggie.

Do the rear brakes have a drum brake inside the hat for the emergency/parking brake?

most likely parking brake, had this on my s40 too over night where it was too tight
on putting it down and moving off, it sounds like a very slight bang or knock where it lets go

If it's been wet or snowy out then (as others have said) it's probably the emergency brake. Don't worry about it. Just look forward to dry weather.
-Eric
