A little wheel+rim question

So I purchased some 18x7.5 voxx misanos and am currently in the market for tires.

And I'm nervous about rubbing and horrible gas mileage etc...

I don't want the tires to be too low profile either.

So what do you think? I'm thinking my best bet is some 225/40/18s might be my best bet. What do you think?
