So I left my R parked outside in the rain yesterday. What a mistake that was.
The moment I turn my car on, I got the oh so familiar message "CHASSIS SETTINGS SERVICE REQUIRED" for which the dealer has given me a plethora of remedies in the past, from reattaching a loose connector to a new strut. Wonder how much that one is going to be...
After just a few minutes of driving, I noticed that my arm was getting wet. I look up and see that my driver's side A Pillar is SOAKED with water. I can only guess what water seal is broken/cracked/punctured/etc. and is leaking water into my car.
So I'll be stopping by the dealership tomorrow...is there anything else I should know before saying "I have a leak near my A Pillar and I'm getting another 4C error message"? How worried should I be about mold and such other problems from moisture soaking in the fabric in my car?
