Hi everybody, I'm Tommy, from Tampa, FL finally joining the S60R family this week. On Monday, I bought a 2004 S60R from a SwedeSpeed forum member, Damon (link)
Pics are here: http://www.photoshoplab.com/examples/s60r
I'm "upgrading" from a 1996 850R , which I'm prepping for sale soon. ( black/black, 108k miles...) I'll miss it, mostly the seats and seating position, but I'm enjoying shifting my car manually, plus all of the other upgrades and ammenities of the 60.
I'm not new to Volvos at all... I've had my 850 for 3 years, plus my dad has owned a Volvo of some sort since the early 80's. There's currently 7 volvos in my immediate family:
3 S80 T6's
1 855 T5
1 S40
1 850R
1 S60R
I'm just new to volvos with warranties!

Re: (legbend)

i ended up with the evolve springs because i got em at a good price, plus, if im not mistaken, offer the most drop. my front splitters scraped too much even on stock ride height, so i took them off, and in the future will probably replace the front bumper with the evolve bumper [people don't seem to be having problems with springs and the evolve bumper]

I heard that about the Evolve bumper. It's a similar price to the VST lip... I'll probably consider that as an option too...I just don't the mesh for the front

Congratulations, and welcome! The car looks very cool. Just wait until December around here, when the car will have another 30hp!
One of these days we'll have a Tampa area/central FL GTG to show off our cars, and have a few .

If you ever want to take a ride in my car let me know. I am up in Ocala and I am also down in Tampa quite frequently. I have the Eibach springs installed and I will have a 3" down pipe and 3" exhaust installed on my car along with the Aquamist next weekend.
IM me if interested.
-Will

Congrats on the car and welcome! You will definitely love the car. From the mods you listed though, I'm not sure that you will have much warrenty left. At least the car will be a rocket though. Best of luck

Congratulations on the new ride!
If a dealer is looking, they will be able to tell that the ecu was modified in the past.
