Jim, I know you referenced your 850 post here, but this seems to be a problem with 850's which I haven't had with my S70 (same Bilst. TC strut/shocks) except for at the very beginning...but then they settled and I'm very happy with the way my S70 sits with the same set-up you put on your 850. Just my thoughts.

I don't know. I also think S70s are a bit heavier

My stock struts failed around 150K miles, so I replaced front and back suspension with Bilstein Hd's. I also put H&R springs on all around at the same time which lowered my car all around. I did notice when I was installing the Bilsteins that I had some trouble with the either the size, or the actual strut engagement being about an inch, to possbily 1.5 inches larger that stock, so I understand that without lowering springs you would definitely get a small rise. Of course that sets over time, but probably not to the level they were before.
