Now that I have moved on to a new V40 I have a set of 1989 740 15" OEM GLE rims for sale (also have 4 tires used only four months size 195/60/15 which were used on the car). They are in good condition (one does have a small dent, but the rim does hold air and is able to be balanced) the rest just have minor scratches. I have all four of the LArge chrome hubcaps to go with these wheels as well. I am located in the Hamilton Ontario area (near Toronto). Make me an offer for just the rims or rims + tires (they are a Canadian tire brand, made by michelin).

Any stock wheel from a 700 series car (740, 760, 780) will fit any 240. Same bolt pattern (5x108mm) and the offset is only 5mm different (20mm for the 240 vs. 25mm for the 740).

Just in case you (or anyone else) is still interested, I too have some 1996 740 TURBO alloy rims with 195/60/15 1 year old 195/60/15 tires in Toronto. Does anyone buy these - cause I can't use them for my 96 850.
