Does anyone have a part number for the door hinge pin and also one of the plastic bolts that go on the back of the instrument cluster to hold it to the dash?

I made one of the cluster bolts by grinding down an aluminum coupler but oem would be best. I could prob match something up for the pin but the parts stores are limited here, figure Id ask and try to order something.

The pin is not a separate part. You need to purchase a new hinge or remove the old pin (not straight forward) and have a machinist fabricate a new pin for you .

New hinges are almost unobtanium! The part numbers for the hinges are 1203347 and 1203348 (top and bottom - depending on the side). I believe that these are the hinges from the later production shared with the 240. The only vendor listing them as available is Scandcar

These do not have the nifty little grease fitting that the original hinges have so if you can refit a new pin that might be a good thing.

I am not sure what is up with your cluster. My instrument cluster is held in place with a couple of plain jane washers and stainless nylock machine nuts (so it does not back off). Might be a #8 or #10.

Cool thanks, Ill check out the hinges.

My cluster sounds the same, just looking for one of the nylon washers instead of using this #10(?) coupler.
