I'm in the process of tearing down my Saint. I've got the powertrain ready to pull and the interior stripped except for the dash, and a few pieces of chrome still here and there. I plan on replacing all the front end bushings and all rubber gaskets and seals on the body too. I'm not looking to make this a concours quality car, but i want it to be as close to "right' as possible. Any one with suggestions or cautions that they have discovered duri ng thesame process?
Can I still get the Volvo 46 code paint? Is that something I can get from PPG or someone or is it Volvo OEM only?
Also, is the foam in the seats special or will any shaped foam do? WHere is the best place to procure the seat foam if not?
Like I said, any tidbits of info are appreciated.
Thanks,
Paul

Re: 64 1800 restoration (gdill2)

Very nice site. Thank you George. I have a new wiring harness for the girl once I get her painted and ready to go back together.
