Does this cover moisture in the headlights? Have a bad feeling I'm going to take it to Volvo and they will laugh at me.... Mind you, not just a few drops of moisture... the whole inside of the lens has moisture in it.... all the time.

Not sure how they can't cover it. Sounds like a defective seal. I would expect my dealer to repace it. Good luck.

I would expect the dealer to fix it. I can't imagine any scenario where a user could cause that.

It will be covered. My passenger side unit started to develop condensation around 2000 miles (I have no idea why). It was replaced no questions asked.

Depends on your dealer... Borton Volvo in Golden Valley, MN tried to claim I "obviously flooded the car" (drove into a river?) to cause moisture to get in the headlights of my S60R quite a few years ago... took it to Kline Volvo instead a few days later and they replaced them under warranty without hassle.
