He's talking about MPH, so you could drive faster all the time or do the reset that Lee suggests, I do believe the computer parameters are reset individually.
I also thought that the fan is on anytime the AC is on, since the car defaults with the AC on....... I'm guessing on this one. You do have to go to the dealer anyway to get the window fixed.
