I am sorry for this issue. Did respond to your e-mail, and again this morning. Soon as I read your 1st e-mail I foward it to customer service. As your order confirmation stated, if you have problems like this they are the department to contact for help. I can not reship product on house accts.

My understanding is that they are going to reship a new wheel to you. As my e-mail said, the warehouse in which that needs to be ship to the APO is out of stock with a ETA of about two weeks.

Please call 800.428.8355 Ext 360 and they can advise in more detail, and also provide info for the return.

Again, I am sorry for this issue.

Great, I am glad that is all taken care of. And again, sorry there was this problem on our order. Something like that does not happen very often, and when it does, we will take care of it.
