I am sorry for this issue. Did respond to your e-mail, and again this morning. Soon as I read your 1st e-mail I foward it to customer service. As your order confirmation stated, if you have problems like this they are the department to contact for help. I can not reship product on house accts.
My understanding is that they are going to reship a new wheel to you. As my e-mail said, the warehouse in which that needs to be ship to the APO is out of stock with a ETA of about two weeks.
