I havn't received my Bently service manual yet.
Can someone tell me what the warning light
that looks like an orange light bulb is for.
Its the one next to the upshift arrow.

It some times flashes when I step on the brakes, but not always.

That's the bulb failure indicator. It will light if one of the pair of lights burns out. Such as one of the headlights. Since the only time the brakelights are on is when your braking it will not stay on. If one of the bulbs was burned out it would stay on while your foot is on the brake. The reason it flashes is that one bulb maybe drawing just a little more current than the other. This could be caused by different bulbs in the right and left sides or a slight grounding problem. You shouldn't be alarmed by this.
