240 Roof Rack Fitment

Okay, I have a Yakima roof rack system that I had originally bought for a Grand Cherokee, so I am thinking it should be wide enough. I'm thinking the cargo bars on the roof of our new 245 aren't beefy enough to mount rail riders of some sort on, and that a more secure fit would be to the rain gutters of the car. Any thoughts?
