I had my manual transmission rebuilt about 18 months ago. Since then, reverse has been grinding, and just recently, all gears are really hard to get into - especially 1st & 2nd. Any feedback will be appreciated.

That sounds very much like a clutch adjustment problem. I had the same thing happen shortly have having the clutch replaced on my 240, and I went back and had them adjust the cable and it's been fine since (almost 2 years).

Adjust the Clutch, that should solve it.
