MAF-120D and MAF -121B flow too low are both typically caused by a dirty/clogged throttle body combined with a clogged PCV system and/or a leak in the intake system-not by a "bad" or dirty MAF. This condition will also often set fuel trim codes.​
You can erase ECM DTC's and reset adaption by pulling the 5 amp fuse in position 23 in the engine compartment fuse panel for about 10 minutes.
