22” Wheels and Premier Protection Package On Price List but Not at Dealer

So I just put down our deposit to do the over seas delivery program for a 2022 xc60. On the 2022 Accesory price list for the xc60 it shows yhe 22” wheels are included for $0 OSD MSRP for $4800 or about. The protection package premier is also supposed to be $0. The dealer does not have that in his computer system. He does have a call out to Volvo and waiting to hear back. I understand the price list does indicate Volvo has the right to change or amend this at anytime. The price list I am pulling is from online and shows April 2021. Has anyone come into this issue? The dealer can’t put my order into the system until this is figured out.

I would not expect those accessories to be available for free. I was charged for the 20" wheels.

do you mind my asking what your expected delivery date is and how much availability there was for factory delivery spots? (We are looking at April 1 or 4 but can't order until they reopen Recharge OSD orders). Just wondering if the delivery spots are going to be all full by the time we can place our order

Why is it that the price list shows it?

We got a call in 12/15 that they reopened the program so we rushed down to put in the order. We are also hoping for April. And putting in for that date. They have had people also select March this last week. I don’t know about the availability. They didn’t indicate something about the vehicle allotment perhaps for taht particular dealership.

Maybe $0 means not available? I would be shocked if you get anything for free...

I think that all of the items that are listed at "$0" on the Accessories Price list are not available via the OSD Program. If you look on the actual XC60 OSD Price list they only list the 20" and 21" wheels. On another note my Volvo Dealer in the Western US just told me yesterday that Volvo hasn't reopened the OSD Program since it closed back in September. He knows I want a 2022 V90CC so maybe it's model specific.

This was the price list directly from Volvo’s website. Do you have a different one you can share? I hope you can get your order in soon! Must be model specific

The "buyvolvoofsweden" website is where I have seen this exact list. It is actually a local dealer's website (Steingold), not a Volvo corporate site as such. The cover sheet on Steingold's site says "provisional," and is followed by a page like this for every model. I haven't seen anything like it published anywhere else.

FWIW, when I saw this list I read it the same way others here suggest--that the option simply isn't applicable or available through the OSD program.

Volvo Overseas Delivery has the official OSD price lists with limited options priced at the bottom

Here is a link to the OSD XC60 Price List from the Volvo A-Plan website: https://volvospecialsales.com/getmedia/2b12e605-f5c3-44f4-ae4e-ae569c1acdba/2-osd-my22-xc60-2.pdf
Thank you! I do have this. But need a confirmation of the OSD accessory price list for the 2022 XC60.

As mentioned above - I believe that is Dealer specific (Steingold). I've never seen that on Volvo's website. I have seen a list somewhere though that shows what you can buy and have installed at the FDC - but I doubt it has wheels on it.

I think Ragu's right. I read a post once where someone's car was built but was stuck in a separate facility where they installed accessories-- a trailer hitch I think-- which they did not have due to supply chain issues. They wouldn't release the car to the buyer without it, had to be built exactly to the order, so they were unable to take delivery of their car for some time. Having heard that cautionary tale, we are just going to buy all of our accessories from our local dealer at our first service appointment.

My wife and I have just ordered two 2022 XC90 Inscriptions (trading in our 2019 XC90 which we love); she wants the Illuminated Running Boards (yes, I know there is a lot of controversy over the utility of the running boards). The dealer tried many times to place the order with the running boards - would not go. I contacted Barbara (several prompt helpful email responses back); OSD retailer and dealer salesman worked on the issue; apparently a computer issue not showing the ability to enter the running boards and the OSD/accessory pricing. Finally (hopefully) resolved; OSD shows the order with the correct accessories we want and the pricing and states that is the way the car will be built.

Not sure is this situation relates to your situation (computer problem at dealer end vs order acceptance at OSD end oft he problem. Might contact Barbara and encourage dealer salesman to continue to work with OSD retailer side to work this out.
