Pretty much similar response from my dealer. They submitted it... but whether it will be built or not 🤷‍♂️

I haven't touched the Ohlins at all, but I believe they come from the factory defaulted in the middle, for comfort. I've heard they can get quite stiff turned up all the way. I've been happy with the ride so far. Definitley more refined than my 2000 XC! I have had to learn to avoid big potholes and stuff, but the car is very nicely planted with them at the default settings. I may play with it eventually!

Not in my experience. Mine came on like 1 or 2, and the tires were overinflated by like 8 psi. First ride was really rough... I'd check both.
