I have had the new XC90 Momentum for three and half months and driven 2500 miles. Very happy with it, even with an issue that I am about to post here. About a month ago when I turned on the car, a message “Volvo on Call Service Required” appeared on the instrument panel and the VOC app has not been able to connect with the car. I called a dealership and was advised to call Volvo Customer service. When I called, a Volvo customer service rep told me that the car would need to be brought to a dealership for diagnosis. I called the dealership again and scheduled an appointment for Jan 12, 2016 9:00 am. I brought the car in, but was told that I need to reschedule for another day when a loaner car is available. The dealership service said that because the car is so new and the process may take more than one day. He also said that it may require them to email Volvo Tech Service. So we rescheduled it for tomorrow (Jan 21 9:00am). Hope everything will go well!
