thanks for the advice. It looks like 2 hours of labor plus parts. I can get it down to $1100. I probably will not keep the car one enough to spend money on a new supercharger, especially if they do not go bad that oftenI would recommend replacing the resonators and supercharger seals while it is out. Not sure about that price though. Find out how much of that is labor. I can't see charging more than 1.5 or 2 hours to do it while it's already out.
As for the supercharger itself, I've only had to replace one. The good thing about doing it now is you'll get a lifetime warranty on it. So it depends how long you are going to keep the car.
