Hi.

Somehow the internals of my passenger side headlight came loose.
I managed to snap everything back in place through the rear opening
but the clear vertical plastic piece (rear-illuminated) that separates
the high & low beam sections is laying loose inside.

It looks like it can be snapped back in place but I can't get the lens
off to do it.

There are tabs (5 I think) across the top & bottom that look like they
should release it, but I can barely budge the lens & am afraid I'll
break it.

Is it glued in place? Any advice / experience greatly appreciated.

TIA -
bo

I got after it again today with heat & multiple prying accoutrements but to no avail.. I believe they glue 'em shut at the factory.
After some thought, I removed the bulbs & went in through the holes with pieces of wire coat hanger. With them I was able to guide & snap the offending luminous doohickey back into place. I should have recorded the process as no doubt it was hilarious to watch...
