Not sure if this is just something that the 3.2 does, but every time I press the gas from a stop it takes a moment to get moving, sometimes almost a whole second, usually when I’m pressing the gas while turning. It feels a little jerky. I’d have to press my foot down extremely lightly, then work my way down for it to be a somewhat smooth acceleration. Does anybody know if this is fixable?

for the past couple of months, I was feeling almost a bogging or hesitation in my 3.2. I would step on the gas and you could feel the car shutter and then get up to speed. I had my brakes replaced and the guy that did them informed me that both my axle boots were torn and open. I recently had the axles replaced at my indie shop and all the of the shutter/studder is gone. When my idie shop looked at the car, the first thing they asked was did I feel any hesitation almost like car needed a tune up. They mentioned that is one of the signs the axles are close to being on their way out. Not saying this is your issue, but something to look at.

OBD gives no codes… I thought that replacing the fuel pressure sensor (which was a different issue and actually gave a code) would’ve helped but nothing changed on the acceleration part.
One thing you can check easily is the MAF sensor. Remove it without touching the tip and inspect for dirt or damage. If dirty, spray it with MAF cleaner. A damaged sensor will cause hesitation, but typically there would be codes.
