First, you will need to disconnect the battery so that you can disconnect B+ wire you see in the picture. If you look closely, you will see tabs that must be released so that you can slide the smaller fuse block up and out of the rest of the fuse box. It's not fun to do.

To be honest, you probably need a new blower motor and resistor. Also no fun to replace on P3 cars.
