I'm about to swap in new front seats complete with rails (for the ones I ruined by leaving my sunroof open in the rain). It looks like there are just 4 bolts that hold the rails in place. But how do you detach the seat belt and reattach?

I did the harder thing before with a large torx screw bit and detached the whole connection, but there is an easier way.

The seatbelt connects to a bucle that can be detached by pushing in a tab held in place by a "spring" which is a flat piece of thin darker metal. I have been able to push the metal piece held in place by the "spring" with a screwdriver tip and release the buckle.

Sorry if my description is cryptic, but if you look closely at it, it should make sense.
