<B>2003 BMW Z4</B><P>Here it is, the 2003 BMW Z4 (E85) that will replace the Z3. It was designed of course by Chris Bangle, and I think it has a nice unique look, but I feel it is 'over-styled' and a lot of elements don't go together well. It sort of looks like an overstyled Honda S2000, without balance.<P>I don't like the 'hump' in the back and the cut angles on the sides are a little to dramatic IMHO. Also, the interior lacks a driver oriented environment that BMW has been famous for. That's a pretty handsome car. I'm not much of a Bimmer guy, but the Z3 holds a sweet spot with me, and this one seems pretty cool. I'd like to see a better front 3/4 shot.

From the side, it looked almost like that Shelby Cobra car they had in the Olds (?) dealership few yrs back.<P>Not too shabby, but some lines are a bit too much. Reminds me of the CS1 Concept car....which is not really a compliment.<P>The color and the tail light scheme do remind me of a S2K...like an Sk2 with some aftermarket bodykit or some sort.

I like the rear and interior, but i think the sides are a bit much. I think its going to be really light and be powered by a 6cyl?<P>
