2002 V70 T5 Oem+ (feeler)

I'm just seeing if there interest in my wagon or if its just worth keeping it; the car is dead reliable and fantastic but i just need back in a manual trans. Debating finding a M56H or M66W to swap in or easier to sell and grab another manual wagon(likely a 6spd E90 touring or A4 avant b/c of manual availability). The car has been ours since 2005 and 85k km(53mi), as well as being maintained by us.(Have maintenance records from us + all dealer ones prior). It was a family daily driver for many years with highway mileage to work/hockey tournaments/mountain bike races. The last few years has been used as a spare or winter vehicle to spare my BMW the snow. Its been a tank; has started up every single time and never left us stranded(actually not even a hiccup)

-all other fluids(volvo coolant, chf 202 power steering and ate typ200 brake fluid) changed every 2 years.
-Krown oil undercoating every fall
-Leatherique leather treatment performed this year
-claybar/polish/ceramic nano coating completed on paintwork last year
-91+ top tier premium has always used(injector cleaner regularly)
-Transmission/Torque converter rebuilt under recall/service bulletin @ ~85k mi
-Xemodex cluster reman(lifetime warranty)
-radiator hoses/thermostat 2 years ago
-suspension refresh 4 years ago(12k mi) w/ sachs super touring shocks, new strut bearings and xc90 spring seats
-316/308 front+rear brakes, braided lines and parking brake done 1 year ago
-rear 'road holding' 21mm sway bar w/bushings installed last year
-oem volvo plugs installed last year
-all oem oil packs also installed last year
-car passes the PCV test without any question
-4x hub centric 5mm spacers
-Oem 17x7.5 Altmathera wheels on 235/45 Barum Barvarus summers w/ lots of tread
-TSW 16x7 wheels /Hancook I-cept winter wheels w/half tread
-oem volvo carpet floor mats + oem rubber winter mat set

Attention needed areas:
-sunroof has started to get loose. Looking into tightening or replacing the guides(common as you all know)
-drivers bolster isn't mint(typical for mileage)
-SAS module needs reprogram from dealer(have part #, its around ~$50)
-rear suspension bushings need to be installed(looking into doing that in the next month or 2)

I still have some plans for the car if i do keep it(for your ideas too):
-manual swap
-05+ center console w/silver trim
-05+ Tan front door pulls
-05+ T5 OTE pipe
-D5 oil cooler

Car is located in Ontario, Canada. I'm be looking to get something around the $4500(usd) mark for the car.
I also have no problem working with a buyer for a far with pictures or travel. that being said I only have this opportunity until snow tires are needed and I have no other choice but to drive the wagon/no time to source another vehicle.

Nice Sled Nielv. Looks like you have done a great job taking care of it and making updateds. Reminds me of my 2002 V70 T5M. Glück with selling it. Much life still in this one.
