I have been watching the light displays for about a year now--20K miles. Brake failure light--brakes fine, ABS light, check engine, traction control service light. They go on at odd intervals. Sometimes for a few minutes, sometimes for an hour (more active in warmer weather--not much during the depths of Maine winter.) When all four lights are on, the trip meter mileage disappears, and the odometer reading is displayed but does not change. Speedometer is fine throughout. Cruise control disabled when tripmeter display is not on.
I've been told that it's probably the ABS module--would that account for all of the above phenomena? Car runs fine, drives fine otherwise.
