Ya gotta watch for that sarcasm, JRL.<p>But he DID say 140k on the <B>engine</B>. As an editor, I feel the need to point these things out. <IMG NAME="icon" SRC="http://www.vwvortex.com/vwbb/tongue.gif" BORDER="0"> <p>Besides, since a replacement engine is on hand, we don't know that the one in the car now is original to the car unless the OP tells us.

I do have pics of the rear of the car. I'll have to get them from another computer. The engine in the car is the original engine. The engine in storage is from a car that was used in a Volvo Commercial, then destroyed. The vinyl interior is in good shape. There is a small tear along a seam on the driver's seat, but that's about it. More pics to come.
