Will Allstar transmission upgrade any components to be better than orginal or ? If so, will they tell you what they did so you can post those items here?

They should definitely give you a complete list of all components which were damaged and which they replaced. It should be written on your invoice. You should definitely ask for it. When I had my transmission from my 2000 Chevy Astro repaired they took me right into the shop to show the components which were damaged, etc. They were a private shop so we very accommodating....
